Biggleswade Karate Club – Karate For The Over 40’s

We have a brand new beginners karate class, designed especially for people over the age of forty. Fitness levels are not an issue as the karate is practiced at the individuals own pace. This 40+ class will cover karate, self defence, health and general well being.

This will be an on-going class, but initially, we are offering a 4 week introductory course, which will be ยฃ25 and include a free karate suit!

If you have always wanted to try karate, but have never had the opportunity, or maybe you simply did not have the time, maybe you have tried karate several years ago and would love to start again. Whatever the reason, learning karate, self defence, fitness, a new hobby, this new class will be extremely rewarding and great fun!

I cannot emphasise this point enough, It’s never too late!
There are no age limits in karate, I know of someone who retired from work at 65, started karate, then at the age of 70, became a professional karate instructor! It’s never too late!

The great thing about karate, is that it can be practiced at your own pace, we even have online video tutorials, so you can practice at home. Simply put your first name and type in your primary email in the box provided, you can access some free karate videos, that will cover the basic karate moves in detail.
