This karate class is a beginners class, especially designed for people over the age of 40, with absolutely no upper age limit. Fitness levels are not an issue as the karate is practiced at the individuals own pace. This 40+ class will cover karate, self defence, health and general well being.
1st Class FREE! Then 4 Weeks For £25 which includes a FREE Karate Suit!
See if you like karate before you pay. You only have to pay the £25 after the first class.
A New Year! A New You!! It's never too late, come down and give karate a go :)
Please don’t worry about fitness levels, everything is practiced at the individuals own pace. No special clothing needed to start, simply come along in a tshirt or sweat shirt and some jogging bottoms.
Karate is great as a self defence system, a total body and mind workout, or simply as a new hobby.
