Friday Adult Class Summer Training
From now, the Friday adult 7pm class at the Biggleswade dojo, will now be held at the RSPB. Meet between 7.15pm and 7.30pm and Approximate finish time 9.00pm. Ossu Parking at the top car park is ÂŁ4 unless you are a member and we must leave the car park at 9pm.

Karate Competition Success In Mauritius!
Sensei Marcus Ingham and Sensei Sandra Ingham, travelled to Mauritius for the Mauritius 2015 Invitational Karate Championships. Success For Marcus In The KUGB Central Region Shotokan Karate Championships 2015
Congratulations to Marcus Ingham, who came 2nd in this years Central region championships. Marcus performed Unsu in the peliminary rounds and Enpi in the final. The KUGB Shotokan Karate championships are always of the highest level, so we are all very proud of Marcus. Ossu! Unsu Enpi
